Jack is the founder and CEO of JP Banka & Co., a firm uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between accounting and technology. His vision has always been to create value by utilizing technology and processes to streamline the accounting function.

Jack has over 10 years of experience in tax planning, research and tax compliance. He represents individual, trust, estate, nonprofit, corporate and pass-through entities in industries ranging from private foundations to software, professional services, high-tech, biotech, venture capital and real estate management.
